OSR 378 started life in March 1951

Serial Number : 14008

Built by EMD as MStP&SSM #378 (2/1951), then to SOO #378. 

Sold to Ontario Southland (9/1999

Here are some of the first pictures after Bob Merriam

has applied his magic touches. Paul Laurence and Matt Williams aslo added their expertise in the de/reconstruction.

The unit has 4 coats of Dupont Industrial Coating and has reflective decals as well as reflective trim.

A BOA traction control unit has been installed as well as a new electronic speedometer.

The unit will undergo extensive testing on the Port Burwell sub

before heading to its new location which has not been finalized yet
